Vehicle Intake, Assessment & Storage Policy

When a vehicle is delivered to 24K Auto Quebec Inc. for inspection, assessment, estimate preparation, repair, or related services, the customer authorizes 24K Auto Quebec Inc. to inspect, photograph, document, move, and assess the vehicle as required.

Estimate and Assessment Charges

Estimate preparation may involve:

vehicle inspection
damage documentation
photographs
measurements
parts research
supplier inquiries
repair planning
administrative work

Applicable assessment fees may apply when a vehicle is inspected and an estimate is prepared but repairs are not completed by 24K Auto Quebec Inc.

Current estimate fees:

Minor assessment: $250 + taxes
Major collision assessment: $450 + taxes
Insurance/Fleet assessment: $450 + taxes

Assessment fees are waived when repairs are authorized, completed by 24K Auto Quebec Inc., and the account is paid in full.

Storage Policy

Storage charges may apply when a vehicle remains at 24K Auto Quebec Inc. after the assessment process, after repair completion, or when repairs are not authorized.

Storage rate:

$85/day plus applicable taxes

Storage begins on the date the vehicle arrives at our facility.

Storage may be waived when repairs are authorized and completed by 24K Auto Quebec Inc. and the account is paid in full.

Vehicle Release Policy

Vehicles are released once all outstanding charges connected to the vehicle have been paid, unless another written arrangement has been agreed upon by 24K Auto Quebec Inc.
